is probably a reasonable description of Stuart's soon to be ex-flat.

We did a tip run this morning and some more cleaning - pretty much done by lunch time so Gill and I have come home with a car load of his things he'll want here.
Stuart went off to a friend's barbecue (via the storage)
Only the bathroom and kitchen floors to mop, the last couple of things to go to the storage and the keys can go back on Monday.

It looks pretty clean - should get his deposit back!
