Tasty

The pollen must have been super tasty as this bee (actually a wasp - thanks Habbie!) spent an age bottoms up inside it.

It was a day of sunshine and showers but I mainly stayed dry. Had to resort to the exercise bike to get the miles in though as it was just too wet at lunchtime to get serious steps in
