Interesting use of the berm

This resident has the idea: the garden (and a compost bin, not shown here) are on berm territory and flourishing. The property is located adjacent to two no exit streets, which is probably how it all survives. Good thinking I say.
Meanwhile it was a horribly cold and often wet day today, but our live-in drain inspector (see Extra) was undeterred from her duties....
