Coming in to land

There’s a pretty special event happening in Augusta at the moment.  Two wonderful Ospreys, Olga and Ollie have decided to build a nest in a large Norfolk Pine at the Colour Patch on the river.  We were lucky enough to have a “Birds Eye View” of the nest from a friends balcony.  I captured many images but this one is the one I wanted to blip.  Can you believe the size of the branch that Ollie is about to place on their nest.  Olga had a look of disbelief on her face as he hovered above their nest.  This event promises to present many blips in the near future.  Can’t wait until they start having to catch fish to feed their youngsters :)
