Ghostly chimneys

The chimneys seem to be rising up out of a desert, behind a forbidden city or a caravanserai. (Imagination running a bit rampant.) 

Today we went to the Opera House for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and heard three wonderful works: a piece by up and coming composer Mary Finsterer; Beethoven's Piano Concerto no. 4 (pianist Javier Perianes); and Beethoven's Symphony no. 6, (Pastoral). Not only were they great pieces with virtuoso musicians but I can't get over how good the sound is since the revamp of the concert hall. Pure bliss.
