Skipper

A day with no rain! And even some sunshine! A rarity!  And made for nice conditions while out walking at the nature reserve this morning!

Lots of butterflies still about and the skippers were enjoying the dandelions! There seems to be an abundance of yellow wildflowers about this year! On the bird front I got to see some Shovellers, sedge warblers, curlew and goldfinches.

Lots of white butterflies in the garden today too - having a bit of a prune and tidy up out there and it's  a very disappointing year for the tomatoes! But bumper crops on the 2 apple trees!
