Birthday Flowers

Zumba and a cuppa this morning; walked over to Berwick to have some bloods done; a few appointments made for the rest of the month before walking home again. I’ve to head back to Berwick in about an hour for the walking group though thankfully we’re going on a boat trip rather than a walk!

Many thanks for the birthday wishes on Tuesday…apologies, I blipped so quickly yesterday I forgot to say it! Hoping to start catching up on some commenting later, I’ve been so wiped out of late I keep nodding off over the iPad…I wouldn’t mind if the medication was actually reducing my BP so readily.
