An eventful day 

Clive went out twice yesterday to pick up Roger because Roger had fallen. Tim had also been round to pick him up. He clearly cannot live alone. Today was a repeat of yesterday. Pauline, another neighbour, changes Roger's bedclothes everyday as he is incontinent. 

No input from any of Roger's 4 children.

Clive supervised everything and Roger is now in hospital. Today has been a challenge.

God knows why, and it's very random, but a 4x4 pulling a climbing wall, got stuck along our road today. The houses along that part were built before everyone had so many cars and no need for drives. (Extra)

A friend's car was badly damaged during one of the numerous manoeuvres to get the vehicle out of its predicament.

Sylvia and I took Marvin and Hetty out this afternoon and I've had a haircut cut.
