Dog sitting for a few hours while our daughter-in-law and older son went to the Registrar’s Office to register the birth of their son. Our grandson is two weeks old tomorrow; this young Scot now legally exists! Oh, and is a member of the library! They also got advice on registering with a GP and Benefits etc. They said the registration appointment was pleasant professional experience and was also informative. They’d a coffee out too. The wee dog enjoyed a walk with us, the rain finally went off. We live behind the trees in the photograph. Some of the grass had been cut. It was sticky, and apparently tasty….

The family stayed for lunch, and briefly visited neighbours with their wee boy. Afterwards we went to collect some items ordered online recently. At first glance one made good choices.

I enjoyed seeing more photos from “the cruisers.” Variety. Warm sunshine, blue skies. A huge contrast to the wet start to August here.
