Local colour

These flowers are on a bush at the end of our road, and have looked very pretty for a few weeks now. I am not sure what they are, although somebody said they are hibiscus. When we lived in Venezuela we had a hibiscus hedge around our property, and the flowers were bright red. I am sure there is a blipper who can identify this mauve variety for me.
I have had a quiet day, I just couldn’t get myself motivated . Let’s hope for a better day tomorrow.
