A Meandering Life...

By Skeena

A perfect day

Our run out to Pickering started with 6 Morris Minors as we were joined by a local owner I had invited to come to see us. He went as far as Thirsk but we continued along what is known as the caravan route avoiding the climb up Sutton Bank.

The sun stayed out all day and we meandered through the villages and hamlets until we reached NY500, a cafe just south of Pickering aimed at motorheads. Apart from the cafe and assorted cars and bikes that fill the car park there is a mini museum of cars and motorbikes inside. The display had changed since our last visit.

Since then they have added 3 minis to the roof!

This evening we sat around having a good old chinwag. In the morning they head back home with hopefully some good memories.
