Taking a breather

I had the pleasure of looking after Bertie and Sammy today while their owners were away on business for the day.

This afternoon we had a lovely walk on secluded paths, through meadows of wild flowers and down to the river, where the dogs cooled down in the water.

This is them having a rest amongst the buttercups and dandelions.
