La Route du Braye

My quest for milestones took me to the Braye Road today. This one was quite camouflaged as it blends in with the wall (from the dirt splashed up from the road) and I missed it at first pass.
For many years there was a six mile race in Guernsey that started and ended at a pair of milestones (from Les Adams to Morley Chapel) and passed all of the milestones in between. The record for the race was set in the 1960s. The race was discontinued in 2000 because of the amount of traffic along the route.
