Hydrangea

When I was young you could (to miss quote Henry Ford) have a Hydrangea in any colour you want so long as it was blue or pink.  Even then the colour depended on the pH of your soil.  Acid soil gave the blue colour and alkaline pink.  

Now they seem to be available in many colours including white.  This one caught my eye partly for the texture and partly for the combination of pink and blue.

The blip was of course taken on one of our garden centre visits with Kanyl.
