Change of use

I pass this complex most days on my daily walks and its history is that of so many farms including the one I was brought up on in Wales.
 
When we first moved to the area forty years ago this was a working farm.
 
Then it became a country club with its own health spa. But that only lasted a couple of years before being sold yet again to a developer who converted it into a series of upmarket dwellings.
 
Likewise in Wales.
