Paid Work

Packed my kit last night and got picked up this morning at 7.00am to help a friend, on my day off, with his event photography job (long story but he was a man short and I had previously offered!!?) Spent the whole day at an inter-school athletic meet in the Chilterns with only a 20 minute lunch and ended up with over 1500 images in my two cameras - editing tonight (brutal will be the key word) and got paid as a bonus so not a favour but actual paid photography work!!? Could make a habit of this but told him if he didn't like the shots I would work for free next time!
Not an exciting blip but it represented an exciting day :-)
