Weed in the Hooke

Liverwort, I understand, according to a link between my iPad and Wikipedia; it's the River Hooke in Kingcombe Meadows, a wonderful wildlife reserve in west Dorset.  We did the "Long Walk", which turned out to be 1 ¼ miles, which is pretty short, even for this short walker.

The meadows (Extras) were beautiful in the sunny periods, but a chap in the Visitor Centre told us that it was the last lowland meadow in the country.  Pretty sad.
