Essex Barge

Maldon Park Walk volunteer this morning as a tailwaker with MLM. Went to a part of the park I'd never been to before, where there was an observation tower and I got this shot. The barges are such a beautiful sight and you can book trips out on them. We walked the second lap a little faster with another lady and her dog, and really good conversation. It had been the first time for the first lady who was in excruciating pain in her hips, so did one lap. Everyone was so encouraging and kind. Lovely to spend time with Michelle again. Timings weren't right for a swim so we sat by the sandpit and had a bacon sarnie and ice-cream. FK went to Chelmsford city football with a mate.
