collapsed tent!

Well, after all the heavy rain we had last week....i completely forgot that it might affect my little tent....this is how i found my sanctuary this morning  (actually this is after i propped it up.....it was totally collapsed when i first got there) !!!  It's condition didn't stop me from spending about an hour or so reading :)

The past 2-3 days have been so busy and way too full for my comfort level....didn't even take any photos.....yesterday was market day and i wasn't sure if i would go cos the weather was very iffy!   But i ended up going down - and i just didn't put up the tent which was a very wise decision.   After about an hour or so many of the other vendors took down their tents, the wind was rather challenging!   Even altho it was a rather slow market my sales were actually quite good!!

Meanwhile, back at our home a special luncheon was taking place...see extra!  This is just the 2 lovely friends who made the lunch plus Mary Jane, 12 people where in attendance.

5 years ago we had a visit from this same Lama, Khenpo Karma Tenkyong, see this blip.



Now i hope to have the rest of this day off - the Closed sign is up at the bottom of the hill...but i know well enough to not trust that everyone will pay attention :P
