Not in my garden

I would like it if they were in my garden, but actually they were outside the boundary of a corner house on my morning dog walk.
I suppose they could have been planted by the house owner, but I rather suspect it’s a patch of land from the developers landscaping some 20 years ago.
However, they are looking very good at the moment.
