Warming up the Kitchen

It rained all day, and was so wet it was hard to pack the camper van for our trip to Galtström. (Better weather is promised for tomorrow and the next day.)
I decided it was time to use the oven and bake some more of these sourdough discard seed crackers. At that point I realised I didn't really have enough excess sourdough starter so I used what I had and mixed flour into liquid left over from my sauerkraut. The relevant microorganisms are similar! Anyway it seemed to work and the result is as tasty as usual. Now we have crackers for the camper van.
The house seemed to benefit from the extra warmth from the oven and it felt quite a bit less damp!
