Sunny in Bushy Park

Lovely to wake up to sun, such a contrast to yesterday. I set off early to cycle to meet up with a couple of ex colleagues for a walk in Bushy Park. Such a blue sky and this year lots of the grass and ferns are still green too. Surprisingly it was not busy in the car park until about 11.30am, and fewer people than usual in the cafe.  Nice to meet up with them and hear about the school where I used to work..now retired for 11 years which has flown by!

This afternoon we had to do shopping ready for a picnic with the family tomorrow , plus some boring paperwork.
