Look, It's A UFO
In English if the "U" is a hard U (as in University), then the indefinite article is "a", if it's a soft "u" (as in umbrella) then it's "an".
In German the alphabet is always pronounced A B C - so hard. In English the Upper Case letters are the same but lower case letters are pronounced (mostly) differently.
This is much more interesting than telling you about assembler macros and stupid e-mails.
The thank-yous and applause can wait until later.
