Evening stroll

Feeling slightly more human today after a good night’s sleep but a full day of work. Isn’t it funny how it often feels you need a holiday to get over your holiday…

I had a lovely run this morning and an evening stroll with my friend Keith who looked after our dog whilst we were away and of course I took the dog along too.

Hopefully as the days go on this week I will feel back on top of things.
