Nearly there

The tomatoes have hated the cool summer this year I think and have been yellowing off their leaves for a while.  They look thin and pathetic and one plant only has one small vine which is incomplete!!  So, it is exciting that these appear to be ripening.. if slowly and that we might just get a couple to eat before going away on holiday. The wasps are very interested in them and so I will pick the ripest ones tomorrow I think. 
A quiet third day of painting the outside of the house.  While he is painting the end window of the shed we had a sudden idea he might paint the inside too.. that will be a first in over 30 years!!  looks very smart and lets more light bounce around the window area!
