JUMPING GENTLY ON SILLY SATURDAY

Hello Lovely Blippers,

What a morning we’ve had! Mrs HCB had a lovely shower and came downstairs in her pink robe so that she could dry off

Then we decided it would be a good idea to get all round her so that she could take a selfie – we all jumped gently into place and then she decided she needed some lippie, so everybody jumped off again! What a palaver – but we do think that dear Admirer would’ve giggled about that.

Eventually, Mrs HCB took the shot, and although you may not be able to see all of us, we can assure you we are all there!

Then began the next palaver – and this one would’ve made Admirer laugh out loud. Mrs HCB needed to get her special compression socks on – but as she can’t bend down very well, Mr HCB had to do it for her.

If you could have heard them, all they were doing was giggling and she was shouting things like “Ouch, that hurt, your knuckles are digging into my leg, are you nearly finished?” et cetera et cetera. And then, Mr HCB was rolling on the floor because he had cramp in his legs – what a pair – the HCBs we mean, not the legs!

We really do hope that she won’t have to wear these for much longer – and Mr HCB hopes so too because he says he doesn’t mind preparing meals and washing up but getting these socks on is much harder!
