Dog wood

Thursday is my long day, so I rarely have time to get a decent blip. So again it is a quick look around the garden to see what wonders there are. This Cornus (dogwood) is grown for its wonderful coloured bark - this is a yellow one - and the flowers are generally quite insignificant. That is until you are desparate for a blip and you look more closely. They are actually quite beautiful little flowers, and deserve closer attention.

Hopefully will blip something other than flowers tomorrow!
