A really wonderful Sunday with Mom

After sleeping in and doing a few little things I headed to the doughnut shop to get the doughnut my mom requested the other day. Bacon Maple Bar as seen in the thumbnail. As you can see she was in a wheelchair ready to go. After chatting a bit I took her out on a walk. We covered 3/5ths of a mile - that included a view of the lake, many beautiful flowers and.. She was so happy to be outdoors. Back at the place where she is staying she decided to want for lunch a simple burger and fries - with lots of mayo..
