Summer festivals

The city is full of tourists and there seems to be a festival or summer celebration happening everywhere. The woofer and I managed to just miss the matsuri at our local shrine.

I enjoyed a very happy Sunday, spent mostly eating and drinking with friends. Despite losing their world cup final match England should be proud of all they achieved - an exciting future for the sport.
