Snoozy

Busy weekend, bad
sleep, time to catch up on it!
Poor old dozy Ben :-)

He actually slept well but there was obviously more to catch up on!
He’s still a bit obsessive and anxious but he was glad to get back to the PAs today. They were lovely with him. I had a behaviour meeting which was ok, the main specialist was absent with illness and they want another meeting in a few weeks. Sigh.
Then I had physio which was sore and gave me a bit of a migraine, I was lucky to be able to shake it though :-) so hopefully I’ll see the benefit tomorrow!
