Natural lace

It's been a beautiful sunny summers day.  We were at home waiting for various phone calls and spent the time mainly gardening.  The hydrangeas in the garden have such pretty colours as the blooms age turning a pink colour but I am always disappointed with the close up shots of them so decided to blip this lace like petal that is slowly disintegrating.

I managed to phone a friend I had not been in contact with for several months this evening.  It was good to catch up and it seems her health has improved a little.
