Spiced Beef

Ethiopian spiced beef with fenugreek sauce, cornbread, and shishito peppers.

This one was divisive. I loved the beef and my husband hated it. It would certainly have benefited from some injera, but that was a bigger project than I was up to this week. I didn't use my usual cornmeal (using a rather fancy one instead), and the cornbread fell apart - it was delicious though.
