Walleye

Walleye, zucchini noodles, berbere quinoa, and olives. Wine: Fattoria Monacesca Mirum 2020.

This is our first encounter with Walleye and likely our last. The flavor was mild if a touch muddy, but the texture was rather disagreeable. The wine is a passable Italian white. The quinoa was the star of dinner tonight.
