Tetracha Virginica

Common names: Virginia metallic tiger beetle or Virginia big-headed tiger beetle. A new one for me! I just happened to notice it ambling along the path we mow along the edge of the hayfield. Not very large - maybe 3/4 of an inch long including its head?
