Shaken and stirred

Leighton Moss this morning. J tried out the “tramper”, a mobility scooter for hire for free. An off- road mobility scooter, the Land Rover Discovery of the mobility scooter world. She enjoyed it, hats off to the RSPB for making provision for those with disabilities.,We had good views of red deer grazing on new growth at one end of the reserve, and a distant view of an Osprey feeding on a fish high up a dead tree at the other end.

Unfortunately an accident near the visitor centre, involving a sign and shrubbery, somewhat marred the visit. Bruised and shaken is not how she wanted to feel today. The RSPB staff were fantastic though.
