Good to meet with Liz by the whalebones to watch Wakefield Morris dance - they're in Whitby for one day only. We both used to dance with Wakefield, as did Ann, who joined us for a while. Unlike many Morris sides they're not suffering from too few members, but have lots of young people dancing with them, including the four young ladies in the Blip.

Spent most of the afternoon at the Craft Fair with MrM, not so much helping as corresponding with our solicitor about the sale of the flat. The form that needs to be completed by the RSPCA has been farmed out to an estate agent and, in turn, to a surveyor. Our solicitor doesn't understand why. Nor do we. The solicitor eventually managed to obtain details of said surveyor, and we arranged that I will phone her tomorrow morning.

After a meal at Humble Pie 'n' Mash MrM and I went to the Endeavour, where he played Irish music (extra) and, after a while, I chatted with Liz who came to join me there. We stayed on a bit longer after MrM had moved on to the Ship for yet more Irish music. I joined him there when Liz and I parted company, and we walked back up the hill to the campsite.
