Feed Me!

The swallows were briefly back on the roof with. The parents encouraging the youngsters to feed on the wing but still there were a couple begging for food.

How could a parent ignore this gaping mouth - well of course it couldn't. 

Yet another go at finding the illusive dragonfly and yet again I was disappointed as were the other few people searching the pond surroundings. It wasn't sunny enough and a bit windy there so like any sensible dragon it was hunkered down especially as it is a female. A male would be territorial and we'd have had a far better chance then with it flying around.
