Twist And Turn

Seaweed caught behind a rock and left behind by the outgoing tide. The sea was high on the beach as it was just after high tide and the seaweed still glistened, not having had time to dry out.

I tried a few slow shutter exposures of water rushing in over stones and rocks which were ok, but I preferred the patterns and rich toffee colour in this shot.
