Carron

Today's Ramblers walk, which I was leading, was a pleasant circular meander around Denny. We were a bit late starting, so I made an earlier than scheduled drinks break and that almost turned out to be the highlight of the day - a wander down to the shore of the River Carron where today's Blip was taken.

Our route then took us towards and then round Rosebank Community Woodland (extra) before returning to Denny and our start-point, with a visit to the ancient chestnut tree in Herbertshire Castle Park (minus the long-demolished castle) along the way.
