Holiday memories

After going through my photos from my recent holiday to Alderney I decided to blip this today…
while there I visited an Art exhibition there put on by members of the Alderney art group. This painting called “Alderney Summer” captured the essence of the island and I really liked it…the artist should produce prints or postcards of it I think. This was a very large canvas painted in acrylics for £700.

Today I went swimming and then did lots of trimming and tidying of the garden plus went to the allotment where I picked lots of ripe plums and a big bunch of Cosmos.

Now to watch some of the US Open tennis.
