Work can be fun.

A busy day on the telephone, explaining things to people (and in some cases explaining them a different way).  The goal is always that whoever calls, they get the help they need and not some snotty "RTFM" non-help.

The process is always the same "Show me what you're trying to do" and then we solve the problems.  Never leave anyone thinking "This isn't helpful".  

So there's at least one place where Customer Service flourishes.
