Seasonal Silhouette

Our hummingbirds are feeding(and fighting) more as they prepare for their migratory adventures. They will feed heavily as the duration of daylight begins changing, ushering in the New England autumn. 

This one spent a long time at the feeder outside our kitchen window resting and enjoying a long drink without the yellow jackets that crowd their feeders in late summer.

For the Record, 
This day came in sunny with lovely temps , clear skies and low humidity.


All hands will miss the hummingbirds when they decide to leave.
