Busy day..

Last day of the month which meant work was incredibly busy but I started at the gym as usual which was a great session and had time to have a coffee with a friend I haven’t caught up with for a while. It made a really nice change and I’m sure we will keep it up.

She has had a tough time but we have very similar experiences with life, partners, kids and can relate to each other an awful lot.

This contraption is a machine in the gym! I meant to take a photo of us having a coffee but then I forgot so this will have to do today!
