European Holiday art

This lovely area of Palma Mallorca is surrounded by quite a lot of this sort of art.  There’s a lovely courtyard garden in our hotel where we ate this evening but turning to the right you’re poked in the eye with chrome and neon….drowned it out with local rose and delicious ‘plant forward’ food.

The day started at home in the pouring rain, when last minute packing was interrupted by a small cow invasion.  One cow actually,  who somehow got through the fence without taking any of it down.   She was quite happy but the farmer sent someone over to shoo her back, to the massed excitement of the rest of the herd.

Very rainy driving to the airport where we said goodbye to Hannah who was going back to Brooklyn.
