The Brixham Time and Tide Bell

This is one of ten Time and Tide Bells sited around the UK coastline and tidal waters, and today it was officially inaugurated. They are the brainchild of artist Marcus Vergette seen here with the bell. He had a bottle of champagne, and sensibly rang the bell and had a drink.
