Today was the Open Aire Art Festival downtown. I purchased a new pendant - a purple turquiose tear drop shaped. Beautiful!

In other news, my husband and I are just busy researching properties in our area to build a house. We know we can afford the property, but construction loan for the house? Not now. Good property is hard to find and quickly disappearing so we want to make sure we have one. I insisted that it must have old growth trees because I cannot spend my entire life waiting for trees to mature in cleared subdivision to get some privacy and shelter from the blasting sun. Is that too much to ask for? hehe
