The Duirinish Stone and a view over Dunvegan

We had a nice day, today, working from the camper's awning, and in the late afternoon, we walked through Dunvegan and up to the Duirinish Stone, passing the ruins of St Mary's Church.

My Extra doesn't go very far in capturing the splendour of the views over the town and loch, but hopefully you get some idea.

And after that we walked back down into town. Our first choice, The Misty, was packed, which turned out to be for the best as the little café at the petrol station was a wonder: lovely, friendly staff, good beer, and excellent food. A hidden gem!
