Fishing for ducks!

Another busy day looking after all the grandchildren.

First we went to the big playground in Bushy Park and they rode their bikes from the car park. Not too busy as we were there before 10am and many local schools have started today.

Refreshments at the cafe and then home as it was so hot.

They played nicely with Lego until lunchtime. A bit of a novelty as it’s the first time they have used the large amounts we have from our children. Fortunately we do have some of the instruction books and pictures from boxes….but it still needs sorting out.

In the afternoon they did some ‘ Magic Painting’ and later we went outside where one of the things they played with was this fishing set. Purchased a couple of years ago and modified by putting numbers on the bottom of each duck!

They all got on well together but a tiring day!
