Mostly WFH and trying to figure out how to do something I did for a few weeks about 2 years ago. Slowly it came back to me. I managed to get through 3 pages by lunchtime and by COB had managed 14, so a steady increase in pace. Maybe the coffee helped, I dunno......

Apres travail, I headed out with the pup and along the seaside in an effort to get some miles into him before returning him to the bosom of his family (!) - thankfully the sea breeze was keeping the worst of the sun's rays nicely in check. 

I even deigned to do dinner when I got in (it was straightforward enough) and ended the day on a high with an unexpected Cigs
