Bragg's Mill, Ashdon

It's been very, very hot today 32°C in the shady part of the garden.

I went out this morning to get a snap or two, it was already 24° at 10am, I went and had a look at Bragg's Mill, always a good place for a short walk and a decent photograph.

On the way home I stopped in Bartlow to get a shot I've been meaning to take for ages. Booking Hall was once the Saffron Walden Railway Company station for Bartlow built in 1866. It's a private house now. The second extra is a photo from the 1930s.

Plenty of information here and the satellite view of the map shows the path of the old railway quite clearly.
